As soon as you notice the absence of your luggage, immediately go to the airline or the staff in the baggage claim area. Request and complete the P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) form to report the incident.
Before leaving the airport, contact the WORLD MEDIC ASSIST Assistance Center by phone to report the loss of your luggage and receive the appropriate instructions from the assistance staff.
